You may have seen my social media posts about The Every Now & Zen Series - a monthly gathering designed to bring mental health support and well-being into an accessible, community-driven space.
It’s not just for clients of Wild Heart Therapy, everyone is welcome! So if you’re simply looking for new ways to care for yourself, this series is for you.
Why I Created This Series
In therapy, we often explore strategies to manage stress, regulate emotions, and navigate life’s challenges. But learning a skill in a session and practicing it in real life are two very different things.
The Every Now & Zen Series is designed to bridge that gap. These sessions give you an opportunity to explore, refine, and apply these tools in a supportive group setting. It’s a chance to move beyond theory and into practice, all while connecting with like-minded people who are on a similar path.
Another reason I created this series?
Community.
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation, yet so many of us go through life feeling disconnected or unsupported in our struggles. These sessions are an opportunity to build something bigger than just personal growth, they’re about finding connection, understanding, and a space where you can be exactly who you are, without judgment.
What to Expect
Each session in the series will explore a different theme ranging from emotional resilience and nervous system regulation to boundaries, self-compassion, and the mind-body connection.
These are skills I often discuss in 1:1 therapy, but in this setting, you’ll have the opportunity to practice and integrate them in a way that feels more interactive and experiential.

There’s no pressure to attend every session—just come when a topic resonates with you.
Each one is designed to be a standalone experience, so whether you join us once or become a regular, you’ll always walk away with something valuable.
