I am here to help you deal with the challenges you may be facing. Whether you experienced sexual violence recently or many years ago, you may not realise that the symptoms and issues you’re struggling with now are related to the traumatic event.
Symptoms of sexual assault can manifest in a variety of ways.
These can range from immediate to long-term effects, and may vary in intensity from person to person. It's important to remember that everyone experiences trauma differently.

Healing from trauma is largely a bodily or biological process. Effective healing of these invisible yet profoundly felt wounds entails techniques that foster a reconnection with your body.
Just as symptoms vary, the duration and path of recovery differ for each person.
A gentle and gradual trauma-informed approach is important so that your nervous system is not overwhelmed. This is something that you will help to determine throughout our sessions.
Session Details
Starts at $200 for a 50-minute one-on-one session.
If you have a current Mental Health Care Plan, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate. Private health insurance rebates may also apply, please check with your provider.
A limited number of reduced fee sessions are available for individuals experiencing financial hardship.
Please note that there is a cancellation fee for appointments missed or canceled less than 24 hours in advance.
