A Glimpse into Healing
“To say Kerry is a lifesaver is an understatement. Sometimes we can’t come out of hiding when things get too much, internally laying in a fetal pose seems so inviting. Thankfully when I reached this time, I started to see Kerry for therapy. And it was definitely healing therapy, at my pace. We went back and forwards as I needed, not at her pace. It was a safe space to talk and heal. I am happy to say I have healed so much. The emotional bandages are nearly all peeled off. I am living, in a job that I just totally get and where I enjoy going each day. That’s healing, that’s living again.”
