Sexual Assault, Trauma & Mental Health Counselling
Effective & holistic counselling that is more than "just talking.”
At Wild Heart Therapy, healing from trauma — especially sexual trauma — is at the heart of what we do. We also support individuals facing depression, anxiety, grief, and life changes like divorce, career transitions, or retirement.
Together, we can work towards a deeper understanding of your emotions, help you reconnect with your nervous system, and foster healthy relationships with clear boundaries. Our goal is to empower you with greater self-awareness and guide you through your unique journey to well-being.
Reclaim your power rediscover
yourself
In a supportive and empathetic environment, our inner resources awaken. Here, wounds and defences begin to release their hold, allowing us to uncover our authentic nature and fully express ourselves.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in non-pathologising and non-shaming principles, firmly believing in each person’s natural capacity for growth and change. Every session begins with exploring what is most important to you, followed by a tailored treatment plan within a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and honest framework.
You’ll receive tools and practices to enhance and deepen your progress between sessions.

Healing Sexual Trauma
Sexual trauma can severely impact your health, vitality, and ability to connect with others and feel safe in your own skin. I am here to help you navigate these challenges. Whether your experience of sexual violence happened recently or long ago, you may not yet recognise how it continues to affect your life today. Sexual trauma, in all its forms, involves a deep violation that disrupts your personal, emotional, and energetic boundaries, leaving you feeling disconnected from your body and its natural rhythms.
-
Divorce, Separation & Loss Counselling
At Wild Heart Therapy, we help individuals navigate the emotional challenges of divorce, separation, and loss. Using therapies like ACT, Schema Therapy, and IFS, we focus on healing emotional wounds, rebuilding self-worth, and reconnecting you with your values and identity. Through mindfulness, somatic practices, and meditation, we guide you in rediscovering your authentic self and creating a fulfilling life beyond the pain of separation. Whether you're adjusting to a breakup, co-parenting, or a new routine, we're here to support your journey of healing and self-discovery.

About Your Therapist
Meet Kerry
Well-being is deeply personal and can be nurtured in various ways. I bring a range of skills to our work together, approaching it with collaboration, intuition, creativity, and curiosity.
Like many people, I have my own experiences with trauma. Thinking I was doing the best thing, I buried it, I didn't think that it was affecting me until I found myself in a difficult place unintentionally hurting people that I loved. I didn’t realise how unresolved trauma was shaping my thoughts, emotions, and actions. My healing journey began with practices like yoga, tantra, mindfulness, breath work, and shamanism. Over time, I deepened my path by pursuing formal education in social work, which broadened my understanding of social conditioning, psychological frameworks, and human resilience.
This transformative process has brought me to a place of genuine self-acceptance and given me the skills to guide others on their own paths to healing.
Ive never met a therapist that I clicked with straight away like I did with Kerry. Her approach is real, genuine and effective. The personal progress I’ve made since working with her has meant I’m calmer, happier and enjoying life.
